Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium apples
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Method 1: Using a Juicer (Fastest & Easiest Method)Wash, core, and roughly chop the apples (no need to peel).Run the apple pieces through a juicer.Stir in lemon juice to preserve color.Serve fresh over ice or refrigerate for later.
  • Method 2: Using a Blender (Without a Juicer)Wash, core, and chop the apples into small chunks.Add the apples, water, and lemon juice to a blender.Blend on high speed until smooth.Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing out the juice.Serve immediately or chill before drinking.
  • Method 3: Stovetop (For a Warmer, Richer Flavor)Add chopped apples, water, cinnamon stick, and lemon juice to a pot.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes.Mash the softened apples with a wooden spoon.Strain the juice through a sieve or cheesecloth.Serve warm or refrigerate for later.
