Ingredients
  

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Start by crumbling the feta cheese into a mixing bowl using your hands or a fork.
  • Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the crumbled feta and mix well until you achieve a creamy, smooth consistency.
  • Sprinkle the dried oregano over the mixture, followed by a pinch of freshly ground pepper to taste.

  • Add your chopped fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.) to the feta mixture and gently fold them in.
  • For extra flavor, garnish with a few fresh mint leaves or herbs of your choice.
