Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado

  • Prep the Ingredients:
    Start by gathering your ingredients. If you’re using cilantro, chop it finely, and slice the lime in half. Set everything aside.
  • Heat the Pan:
    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Allow the oil to heat up for a minute, but don't let it smoke.
  • Cook the Ground Chicken:
    Add the ground chicken to the skillet. Break it apart with a wooden spoon or spatula, stirring often to ensure it cooks evenly. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, until it's browned and no longer pink in the center.
  • Season the Chicken:
    Once the chicken is cooked through, sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika. Stir well to evenly coat the meat with the spices. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together
  • Add Fresh Lime and Cilantro:
    Once everything is well-cooked and fragrant, squeeze the lime juice over the chicken and stir in the fresh cilantro. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  • Serve:
