Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Tortilla chips or crackers

Instructions
 

  • Optional:
    In a skillet, brown 1 lb of ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  • In a medium saucepan or skillet, add the cubed Velveeta cheese over low heat.
  • Add the can of Rotel diced tomatoes (with the juices) into the pan.
  • Stir frequently until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Optional:
    Add the diced onion and garlic powder for extra flavor and mix well.
  • Once fully combined, serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers for dipping.
